Contributions

As a Senior Full Stack Application Developer at Steampunk, you’ll work with data engineers, designers, and cybersecurity experts to solve mission-critical data challenges for our clients in a mature Agile/DevSecOps environment. You’ll leverage your extensive experience by collaborating with various application teams, utilizing multiple languages and technologies to provide our clients with accessible data and decision-making tools. You will be actively involved in developing new functionalities, delivering product releases, and ensuring solutions align with Steampunk’s human-centered design philosophy. Our developers are committed to continuous learning and tackling challenging problems with motivation and determination.

Qualifications

Skills:

• U.S. Citizen
• Ability to obtain a security clearance
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• 5+ years of experience with Java
• 3+ years of experience with Spring Core, Spring Boot
• 2+ years of experience with React or Angular (Angular preferred)
• 3+ years of experience deploying applications in AWS
• 2+ years of experience with containerized applications in Kubernetes environments, AWS EKS highly preferred
• 5+ years of experience with build, deployment, and release automation in a DevOps environment
• 3+ years of experience in a cloud-enabled environment; AWS GovCloud highly preferred
• Possession of at least one relevant professional certification, approved by the FPM or DPM, or relevant work experience in lieu of certification
