Job summary

Pogo Technologies, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Full Stack Engineer to contribute to our enterprise AI SaaS product. The role involves building user-facing features end-to-end, collaborating with product, design, and engineering to plan and ship impactful work.

You will design AI agents, backend services, APIs and UIs, and partner with teams across the organization to streamline operations. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years experience, loves AI tools, and can move between frontend and backend

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of professional full-stack experience.
• Heavy user of AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex.
• Keeps up with the latest AI tech and LLMs.
• Strong product and design sense.
• Owns an entire part of a product.
• Good time management and prioritization.
• Willing to move between frontend and backend.
• Clear communicator, comfortable with ambiguity.
• Built and maintained production systems used by real users.
• Eager to learn new tools and build from scratch.
• Bonus: experience at early-stage startups or side projects.
• Bonus: aware of Animations.Dev, Devouring Details, or InterfaceCraft.

Responsibilities
