Job summary

Aiimi Ltd. is seeking a Software Developer to help evolve our Workplace AI platform and products. You will design and implement components across frontend, backend, and API layers, write high-quality, maintainable code, and participate in architecture and delivery decisions within an Agile team.

You will collaborate with QA, product managers, and data specialists to ensure scalable, secure software and contribute to CI/CD and automation efforts in a cloud-based environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with NodeJS and C# in full-stack projects.
• Frontend apps built with Angular or React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS.
• Experience designing and consuming APIs.
• Some Python exposure, data-driven or AI-adjacent systems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, Git and Agile delivery.
• Experience using AI tools like GitHub Copilot or Cursor.
• Hands-on with containers and/or Docker.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain software across frontend, backend, and API layers.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering standards.
• Participate in architectural discussions to support scalability, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with QA to embed quality, testability, and automation.
• Contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and delivery in Agile.
• Investigate and resolve defects, performance issues, and technical debt.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes.
• Promote continuous improvement in engineering practices and tooling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable software.
