Job summary

RST Recruitment seeks seasoned Full Stack Engineers with 2–8 years of experience in full stack development and hands-on AI/LLM work. You will build AI agents, UI features in React/Next.js, and data workflows for government operators.

Travel to government bases (1–2 weeks/month) is required, and prior Secret/Top Secret clearance or government project experience is a bonus. You will collaborate with the CTO and CPO to craft product direction addressing mission-critical national security challenges

Qualifications

• 2–8 years in full stack engineering
• Hands-on experience building AI agents and leveraging LLMs
• Willingness to travel to government bases and present to operators

Responsibilities

• Build data workflows and tools used by government operators
• Develop and iterate on AI platform for defense contractors
• Design intuitive UIs with React & Next.js for procurement processes
• Build AI agents and LLM-powered features for opportunity identification and pipeline management
• Travel to military bases to present solutions and deploy features
• Collaborate with CTO/CPO to shape product direction for national security goals across 30+ NATO nations
