Job summary

Xcelerate Solutions is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to join the Federal team in Tysons Corner, VA. You will engineer full-stack AI-driven web applications on the C3 AI Platform for U.S.

federal customers, designing, developing, and deploying production apps, demos, and proofs-of-technology. The role requires a STEM degree and 2+ years of software development with OO languages, plus strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) or comparable area of study.
• 2+ years of professional software development experience with object-oriented programming languages.
• Experience with JavaScript and Python.
• Experience with Git or other version control systems.
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React, Redux, Vue, Backbone, or Angular.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy full-stack AI-based enterprise applications on the C3 AI Platform.
• Mentor junior engineers and share coding standards.
• Conduct design and code reviews for quality and best practices.
• Test and enhance customer applications; troubleshoot and improve software.
• Deliver technical enablement through deep-dives, demos, and trainings.
• Write documentation and specifications for applications.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and gaps for customers.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering to improve software quality.
