Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) or comparable area.
• 2+ years of professional software development experience with object-oriented programming languages.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work effectively on a cross-functional team.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy full-stack AI-powered enterprise applications on the C3 AI Platform.
• Mentor junior team members and share coding standards.
• Conduct design and code reviews for quality and best practices.
• Test and enhance customer applications and troubleshoot issues.
• Deliver technical enablement through deep-dives and customer training sessions.
• Write documentation including application specifications and technical artifacts.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and gaps proactively.
• Drive product improvement by coordinating with product management and engineering.
