Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Manager, Full Stack Engineer to join an AI-first, agile product team supporting Global Development Operations. You will design, build, and operate AI-native products using LLMs, agentic workflows, and data-driven intelligence.

You will partner with product managers and GDO stakeholders to identify AI opportunities to augment decisions and automate clinical and operational workflows, while delivering secure, scalable apps with Python/React and cloud services.

Qualifications

5+ years software engineering experience; pharma/life sciences a plus.
Proven production-grade Generative/Agentic AI delivery in regulated environments.
Build Generative/Agentic apps (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Google ADK).
Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and communication in matrix orgs.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain long-lived LLM-native/agentic systems with governance.
Partner with PMs and GDO to identify AI opportunities in workflows.
Design/develop/maintain secure, scalable apps using Python/Java/Node.js/React.
Support and improve a portfolio of SaaS and in-house applications.
Manage application support, incident resolution, and lifecycle across platforms.
Build with microservices, APIs, MCPs, event-driven processes, middleware.
Investigate system/data issues; deliver remediation and long-term strategy.
Implement CI/CD.
Monitor model performance; manage drift, retraining, rollback.
Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security.
