Job summary
Eyetastic Services is seeking a passionate Optometrist to join a multi-location practice in Las Vegas and Henderson, NV. Provide comprehensive eye care with advanced diagnostic technology and collaborate with a large OD team.
Compensation includes a $165,000 base salary, bonus structure, full medical/dental, 401(k) matching, and 2 weeks PTO. Opportunities for mentorship, leadership roles, and potential minor partnership tracks for tenured ODs are available.
Qualifications
- Licensed to practice optometry in Nevada or eligible to obtain license.
- Commitment to full-scope optometric care and continuity of care.
- Strong bedside manner and communication with patients and families.
Responsibilities
- Perform full-scope optometric care including routine exams and advanced medical testing.
- Balance schedule: routine 60-70% and medical 30-40%.
- Collaborate with a 32+ OD and support staff for patient care.
- Educate patients and participate in community outreach and professional development.
