Eye To Eye Careers seeks a dedicated Optometrist in Henderson, NV for full-time engagement. You will deliver full-scope optometry, including medical management, vision therapy, and primary eye care exams, with well-trained staff supporting you.

Qualifications

• OD degree from an accredited optometry school and NBEO exam completed.
• Full scope optometry with emphasis on medical management and vision therapy.
• Ability to perform primary eye care exams and sports vision therapy.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-scope optometry care including comprehensive eye exams.
• Provide medical management, vision therapy and sports vision therapy.
• Maintain high-quality patient care in a busy Henderson practice.
• Collaborate with trained techs and opticians to optimize outcomes.

We are looking for a Full Time Optometrist to join an established practice in Henderson, Nevada!

DETAILS

• Very high-quality, professional work environment
• Well-trained techs & opticians
• 5 day work week

2 consecutive days off every week

• Full Scope Optometry
  • 30-40% Medical Management, Vision Therapy, Sports Vision Therapy, Primary Eye Care exams
• Average 18-20 encounters per day (No more than 24 encounters per day)

COMPENSATION + BENEFITS

• W2
• Base Salary + very aggressive Incentives
  • Year 1 Potential = $160,000-$182,000
• Potential for Partnership
