Responsibilities

• Perform full-scope optometric care, including comprehensive eye exams and advanced medical testing.
• Manage a balanced schedule of routine (60-70%) and medical (30-40%) encounters.
• Embrace expanded care opportunities to maximize patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with a team of 32+ O.D.s and experienced support staff.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing education and continuity of care.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives and ongoing professional development.
