Job summary

Super Star Car Wash in Phoenix, AZ is seeking motivated Service Advisors to join our high-volume sales team. You will greet customers, explain services, write service tickets, and push add-on detailing packages to meet sales goals.

We offer base pay $15.00–$16.00 per hour plus commissions, flexible hours, full-time employment, and comprehensive health benefits. This role rewards performance with weekly commissions and opportunities for growth.

Essential Duties/Tasks/Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing

• Follow company standards for welcoming customers & checking them in for service, gathering information from the customer and explaining the products and services offered, assisting the customer with any inquiries they may have regarding their vehicles, then write a service tickets to specification.
• Inform the customers of other detailing packages that are available and try to sell additional services based on the customer's needs or wants.
• Recommend and introduce new products and services.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensuring that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective assistance.
• Communicate with customers from initial contact all through completion of maintenance, always ensuring that customer's expectations are not just met but exceeded.
• Promote a clean, safe, and healthy experience for our guests.
• Other duties as assigned.

Pay Transparency

Base Pay: $15.00 -- 16.00 /hour + Commissions

The pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on relevant experience and geographic location.
