Altura Concepts is seeking professional Full-Service Servers to deliver exceptional dining experiences across our family of restaurants, lounges, and fast-casual concepts. You will provide attentive, personalized service from greeting guests to payment, thriving in a fast-paced environment and upholding high standards.

The role requires previous server experience, excellent communication, and the ability to upsell and suggest menu items while maintaining a warm, guest-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a restaurant server or in a hospitality environment preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
• Current TABC Certification or ability to obtain before employment.
• Food Handler Certification or ability to obtain if required by local regulations.
• Must be at least 18 years old or meet minimum legal age requirements for alcohol service.

Job Summary

Altura Concepts is seeking professional, energetic, and guest-focused Full-Service Servers to deliver exceptional dining experiences across our family offull-service restaurants, lounges, and fast-casual concepts. Full-Service Servers are responsible for providing attentive, knowledgeable, and personalized service while ensuring every guest receives an outstanding dining experience from greeting to payment. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering the high standards of service that define Altura Concepts.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests promptly with a friendly, professional, and engaging attitude.
• Present menus, explain daily specials, answer questions, and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders using the company's POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality, accuracy, and presentation standards are met.
• Monitor tables throughout the dining experience to anticipate guest needs and provide attentive service.
• Recommend appetizers, entrees, desserts, specialty beverages, wine, beer, and premium spirits to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
• Verify guest identification and comply with all TABC regulations regarding alcohol service.
• Recognize signs of intoxication and follow responsible alcohol service procedures.
• Process guest payments accurately while following company cash handling and payment procedures.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally or elevate issues to management when appropriate.
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked service stations.
• Assist with clearing and resetting tables when necessary to maintain efficient dining room operations.
• Work collaboratively with hosts, bartenders, bussers, food runners, kitchen staff, and management to ensure seamless service.
• Complete opening, side work, and closing duties as assigned.
• Follow all company policies regarding food safety, sanitation, workplace safety, and guest service.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and represent Altura Concepts with integrity and professionalism.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

• Excellent sales and upselling abilities.
• Strong conflict resolution and guest recovery skills.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Frequently lift and carry trays, food, beverages, and supplies weighing up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull as necessary.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as business demands require.
