The candidate should have experience as a full-service bartender, strong math skills for billing and counting stock, and the ability to supervise bar staff. Suitable for a dynamic team environment with variable shift times.

Qualifications

• Must meet state/local age requirements (21+).
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Skill in mixing and serving alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Ability to monitor and direct the work of bar staff.
• Experience as a full-service bartender.

Responsibilities

• Operate a full-service bar, mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Record sales; handle cash/credit transactions and inventory.
• Keep bar and equipment clean; manage beverage stock levels.
• Provide work direction for other bar staff.
• Deny service to intoxicated or unruly customers with tact and courtesy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
