Qualifications

• OD degree from an accredited institution is required.
• License to practice Optometry in the practicing state required.
• NPI required.
• TPA license required.
• Retail/educational/medical office experience is a plus; all are welcome to apply.
• Ability to communicate, operate equipment, and move about the office.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' vision and health care needs and document findings.
• Consult with patients regarding current status and future requirements.
• Collaborate with office team to provide compassionate, personalized care.
