Qualifications

• Complete full-scope optometric practice including routine vision and advanced medical exams.
• Commitment to full-scope optometry and continuity of care.
• Strong people skills and bedside manner.
• Passion for patient education, preventative care, and visual performance.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-scope optometric care, including comprehensive eye exams and advanced medical testing.
• Manage a balanced schedule of routine (60-70%) and medical (30-40%) encounters.
• Embrace expanded care opportunities to maximize patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with a team of 32+ O.D.s and experienced support staff, including optometric technicians, diagnostic technicians, and opticians.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing education and ensuring continuity of care.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives and ongoing professional development.
