Texas Law Firm is seeking experienced Civil Litigation Associates to handle insurance defense matters statewide, with exposure from investigation through trial and appeal. Opportunity for long-term professional growth in a well-established Texas practice.

Responsibilities include handling matters from investigation through resolution, conducting pre-suit investigations, drafting pleadings and motions, and communicating with clients and opposing counsel.

Qualifications

• Must have civil litigation experience (Construction defect, product liability, utility litigation, premises liability, or insurance defense)

An established Texas law firm is seeking experienced Civil Litigation Associates to handle insurance defense matters statewide, with hands‑on exposure to cases from investigation through trial and appeal and opportunities for long‑term professional growth.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between [$150,000 – $180,000]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
