A Merchandiser at ICS is the face of our company to our client's customers. These Merchandisers will support Home Depot stores in their area. The role involves visual merchandising, unloading & stocking shipments of live goods, and customer relations at the location.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Comply with ICS company policies and procedures
• Maintain excellent client relationships
• Execute merchandising standards at the client location
• Communicate daily with leadership about operational obstacles
• Advocate for watering standards to ensure the well-being of our live goods
• Stock tables and displays, keeping the garden center organized and planogram compliant
• Ensure proper signage is in place at all times
• Check in delivery orders accurately
• Merchandise carts with up-to-date signage for easy shopping
• Support inventory standards
• Assist team as needed
• Be eager to work and take on challenges
• Possess basic knowledge of plants and gardening or an interest in learning
• Maintain professionalism and strong communication skills
• Experience in merchandising is a plus, but a positive attitude is more important
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Complete tasks while maintaining order
• Work proactively without constant supervision
• Use smartphones/devices daily for timekeeping
