The OT will be responsible for providing outpatient Occupational Therapy services for Odom Rehab in an ethical and professional manner. Occupational Therapy services for Odom Rehab will be provided in accordance with each specific state guidelines. The employee shall also perform (I) such other duties as are customarily performed by an employee in a similar position, and (II) such other and unrelated services and duties as may be assigned to the employee from time to time by Odom Rehab.

Work Rating: Medium work. Medium work involves lifting no more than 50 pounds at a time with frequent lifting or carrying of objects weighing up to 25 pounds. If someone can do medium work, we determine that he or she can also do sedentary and light work.
This position has been designated as Mandatory Driving: Administrative. As part of the new hire onboarding process OHW conducts background checks including a review of driving records for all employees required to drive in their position. In order to be in good standing, you will need to maintain a satisfactory driving record. OHW will assess individual driving records to determine if a person meets OHW’s driver safety requirements. If an individual’s driving record indicates a violation or combination of violations that are deemed excessive, OHW may discipline the employee up to and including termination of employment.
