Job summary

Crew Carwash in Avon, Indiana is hiring a Full or Part-Time Customer Service Team Member. You’ll greet customers, provide service, and help maintain a park-like, clean environment while upholding safety as a core value.

No prior experience is required and you’ll benefit from comprehensive training, flexible schedules, and full-time perks or part-time options. Earn $15-$16 per hour plus incentive pay, with daily pay options and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• No prior work experience is required.
• Work a minimum of 10 hours per week as part-time or 30 hours per week as full-time.
• Able to work in a fast-paced operations environment.
• Able to stand for extended periods (up to 8+ hours per day).
• Able to hustle with a sense of urgency.
• Able to reach, twist, kneel, squat, run or jump.
• Able to push/pull drums and materials with the appropriate equipment.
• Able to work near/m around moving mechanical parts.
• Able to climb ladders, scaffolds, and platforms.
• Able to lift or move a minimum of 25 pounds.
• Able to operate and utilize electronic devices.
• Able to withstand extended exposure to all weather extremes.
