Job summary

Crew Carwash in Terre Haute, IN is seeking a Full or Part-Time Customer Service Team Member to greet customers, load vehicles, and help maintain a safe, clean park. You’ll contribute to a fast-paced environment and aim to WOW customers while upholding our safety standards.

This role offers $15–$16 per hour plus incentive pay, daily pay options, paid time off, holidays, tuition reimbursement, health/dental/vision for full-time, a 401(k) with company match, and flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is not required, but a friendly attitude and willingness to help are essential.
• Must be able to stand and engage with customers in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to lift or move small items and work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and advise on services.
• Load customers and maintain a clean, safe work area.

Crew’s expectations:

• Must be at least 16 years old
• No prior work experience is required
• Work a minimum of 10 hours per week as part-time or 30 hours per week as full-time
• Have the ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment
• Be able to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8+ hours per day)
• Be able to hustle with a sense of urgency
• Be able to reach, twist, kneel, squat, run, and/or jump
• Be able to push/pull drums and materials with the appropriate equipment
• Be comfortable working near/around moving mechanical parts
• Be able to climb ladders, scaffolds, and platforms
• Be able to lift or move a minimum of 25 pounds
• Be able to operate and utilize electronic devices
• Be able to withstand extended exposure to all weather extremes
