Job summary

Henry North is seeking an Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager to lead full-project lifecycles for pallet racking and warehouse storage systems. You will collaborate with sales, clients, engineering, and installation partners to keep projects on schedule, on budget, and to spec.

Based at Fort Worth, TX (on-site) with opportunities to work across multiple facilities nationwide; salary range $80,000–$110,000 with strong benefits and a clear path to technical leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management or coordination experience.
• 2+ years of pallet racking installation/teardown or warehouse systems experience.
• AutoCAD or preliminary engineering exposure preferred.
• NetSuite proficiency and strong MS Office knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own the full project lifecycle across 15-20 concurrent projects.
• Monitor permits and conduct turnover meetings.
• Validate quoted scope and preliminary engineering calculations.
• Manage schedules and hold partners accountable for quality and compliance.
• Enter orders and issue purchase orders with proper documentation.
• Analyze blueprints and develop material lists.
• Coordinate with sales, clients, engineering, permits, and warehouse teams.
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Keep thorough project documentation for QA and reference.
