Job summary

Tinuiti, the U.S.'s largest independent full-funnel marketing agency, seeks a TVAD Strategist to plan and optimize TV, video, audio and display programs at scale. You will translate data and media learnings into clear decisions, run practical innovations, and focus investments where Bliss Point insights indicate impact.

You'll collaborate closely with Client Leadership, Econometrics, Creative and channel teams to amplify growth, ensure efficiency, and deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years leading TV/video/audio/display campaigns with end-to-end ownership.
• Experience in analytical roles with media analytics exposure.
• Proficient with DSPs/ad platforms and verification/IVT.
• Strong data skills: Excel/Sheets, SQL familiarity, GA4.
• Excellent client storytelling and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Turn business goals into a clear TVAD plan across awareness / consideration / performance (CTV/OTT, online video, digital audio/podcasts, programmatic display) and explain options and trade-offs in plain language.
• Lead day-to-day client strategy and execution; present growth-focused updates and QBRs that connect media to business outcomes (revenue, CAC, LTV, incremental reach).
• Collaborate with Econometrics, Creative, channel teams and Client Leadership to optimize results and scale.
