Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new clients through cold calling and outbound development.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and generate new job orders.
• Manage an active sales pipeline and grow existing accounts.
• Source, screen, interview, and place candidates.
• Manage job orders and coordinate onboarding.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and manage call-offs.
• Manage client relationships and resolve service issues.
• Monitor attendance, performance, retention, and turnover.
• Maintain staffing documentation and compliance.
• Escalate concerns appropriately.
