Full Desk Perm Recruiter
Remote position that requires candidates to live in either the Greater Syracuse NY area or the Greater Geneva, NY area
This role recruits for a variety of positions at all levels. The goal is to generate direct hire fees through 360 marketing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates to client companies for direct hire positions. The Search Consultant will follow activity and production guidelines according to pre-determined requirements.
Your Role & Responsibilities
Source, Recruit and Interview Candidates:
- Lead client intake calls to discover client needs and discuss process.
- Develop and implement recruiting plans to source top talent in the market.
- Manage multiple recruiting resources and platforms to ensure a strong pipeline of candidates.
- Build strong rapport with clients and candidates through follow-up and consistent communication.
- Screen and interview candidates for direct-hire placement at client operations.
- Conduct thorough reference checks on all candidates as requested by the client.
- Manage a consistent flow of candidates to meet or exceed minimum production standards.
- Refer qualified candidates to clients for open positions.
- Document and maintain all candidate and client information in the system.
- Work directly with leadership to establish activity and result expectations, providing proper documentation of the candidate/client pipeline process.
Business Development
- Develop and implement plans to generate new business opportunities for direct hire placements.
- Negotiate terms and conditions based on standard practices.
- Monitor and meet client expectations, ensuring high service levels.
- Cross-sell divisions to ensure account penetration by all business lines.
- Partner with Business Development team to follow up on leads and conduct introduction meetings.
- Collaborate with Presidents, BDM, and Market Growth Partners to develop and penetrate new and existing accounts.
- Participate in regional calls to discuss market trends and strategies.
- Establish daily and weekly business development schedules to meet production goals.
- Work with recruiters to set activity and production standards monthly, quarterly, and annually.
Maintain Compliance with Legal and Company Standards
- Review resumes to ensure they meet company and position guidelines before submission.
- Schedule candidate send-outs and ensure all details are communicated.
- Follow up promptly with clients on submitted resumes and interviews, maintaining regular communication to increase sales.
- Maintain confidentiality of all client, candidate, and company information.
Client Retention and Evaluation
- Stay knowledgeable and compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
- Create and adjust business agreements as per client specifications.
- Understand and comply with all relevant laws related to recruiting and placement.
- Represent the company professionally at all times.
- Keep current with HR practices and document all candidate and client interactions.
- Manage invoicing, coordination, and monitoring of placements through their guarantee period and ensure payment collection.
- Generate client invoices through CRM and coordinate with the billing team.
Preferred Education & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or 2-4 years of relevant business experience.
The anticipated annual base salary for this position in the US is $50,000 to $60,000, excluding other compensation components or benefits. The actual salary depends on factors such as qualifications, experience, skills, education, certifications, and location.
