Affordable Care, LLC is seeking an experienced Dental Laboratory Technician to fabricate full and partial dentures from start to finish. You will set teeth, wax, process, finish, and relines, while ensuring high craftsmanship and timely delivery.

The role supports a collaborative lab and offers cross-training and career growth. The ideal candidate has hands-on denture fabrication experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience fabricating full and partial dentures from start to finish.
• Hands-on dental laboratory bench assessment required.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented lab.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate full and partial dentures from start to finish.
• Set denture teeth and complete denture wax-ups.
• Process, finish, and polish dentures.
• Complete denture relines and repairs.
• Fabricate occlusal rims and custom trays.
• Inspect cases for quality and turnaround-time compliance.
• Collaborate with team to ensure timely completion.
• Cross-train in multiple lab areas.
• Possible temporary Associate Lab Manager duties.
• Follow OSHA standards and lab protocols.
