Job summary

Affordable Care, LLC in Hayfield, VA seeks an experienced Dental Laboratory Full Technician to fabricate full and partial dentures from start to finish. You’ll set teeth, wax, bend wire, and process removable prosthetics in a fast-paced, patient-focused lab.

The role offers a stable, full-time position with cross-training across lab disciplines, OSHA safety compliance, and opportunities for growth. A strong eye for accuracy and teamwork are essential to maintain quality and timely turnaround.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional experience fabricating dentures from start to finish.
• Ability to successfully complete a hands-on bench assessment.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented laboratory environment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Availability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, during normal laboratory business hours.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate full and partial dentures from start to finish.
• Set denture teeth and perform wax-ups.
• Bend wire for removable prosthetics.
• Process, finish, and polish dentures.
• Complete denture relines and repairs.
• Fabricate occlusal rims and custom trays.
• Maintain high standards for quality, accuracy, and turnaround times.
• Cross-train in all areas of the dental laboratory.
• Collaborate with laboratory teammates to complete cases efficiently.
