Job summary

Affordable Care, LLC is seeking an experienced Dental Laboratory Full Technician to fabricate full and partial dentures from start to finish. This hands-on role requires precision in setting teeth, waxing, processing, and finishing, with opportunities to cover associate lab management when needed.

The ideal candidate has proven denture fabrication skills, strong technical proficiency, and a willingness to cross-train across the lab.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience fabricating full and partial dentures from start to finish.
• Same-day denture experience is a plus but not required.
• Successful completion of a dental laboratory bench assessment is required.
• Ability to demonstrate strong technical proficiency and attention to detail in a hands-on laboratory environment.
• Willingness to cross-train and develop skills across multiple areas of dental laboratory production.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate full and partial dentures from start to finish according to established procedures.
• Set denture teeth accurately for proper fit, function, and esthetics.
• Perform denture waxing and other preparation procedures.
• Bend and adapt orthodontic/dental lab wire for prosthetic cases.
• Complete denture processing, finishing, and polishing.
• Perform denture relines and repairs.
• Fabricate occlusal rims and custom trays.
• Inspect prosthetics for quality, fit, and esthetics.
• Serve as Associate Lab Manager in the manager's absence.
• Follow OSHA and lab safety procedures; cross-train as needed.
