Job summary

Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel is seeking a dedicated line cook to expertly operate all Full Deck kitchen stations and equipment on a variety of shifts. You will maintain portion control, rotate ingredients properly, and help inventory by stocking as needed.

This role requires dependable, self-motivated team players with strong culinary skills, attention to safety and sanitation, and the ability to work independently or with others while producing consistently high-quality dishes.
