Job summary

Hellbender Inc. in Pennsylvania is seeking a Technical Recruiter to own the full-cycle recruiting process for all open roles. You will partner with hiring managers and engineering leadership to develop job descriptions and actively source candidates for a fast-growing organization.

You will build a scalable recruiting process, coordinate interviews, manage internships, and participate in job fairs. The role emphasizes discretion, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle multiple

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
• Experience with candidate sourcing techniques.
• Absolute discreetness due to the nature of the work.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate to all levels of the organization.
• Willing to undergo and be able to pass a complete background check.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or organizational behavior preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a recruiting role.
• U.S. Person.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for open roles.
• Coordinate with the hiring manager to create job descriptions that meet the hiring needs of the company.
• Maintain company job description data base.
• Collaborate with the technical staff and other internal departments to identify qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules with appropriate team members.
• Advertise job openings on social media and job boards.
• Source candidates through local and national professional networks.
• Interview candidates (via phone, video and/or in-person).
• Participate in the job offer process.
