Qualifikationen

• Experience managing multiple full-cycle searches with strong stakeholder collaboration.
• Experience using an ATS and Workday Recruiting is preferred.

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for faculty, academic staff, adjuncts, and other populations.
• Partner with hiring managers and search committees to clarify requirements and timelines.
• Develop sourcing strategies and candidate pipelines for high-volume roles.
• Coordinate interviews, screenings, background checks, and offers with stakeholders.
• Support onboarding, compliance, and recruiting governance within Workday.
