Qualifications

• Experience with full-cycle recruiting and working with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned searches from requisition through onboarding for faculty, staff, adjunct, student, and leadership roles.
• Coordinate interviews, screenings, background checks, and offer negotiations.
• Develop sourcing strategies and candidate pipelines across ACU divisions and locations.
• Partner with Academic Affairs and search committees to ensure rigorous, compliant hiring processes.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and contribute to workforce planning and employment branding.
