Job summary

La-Z-Boy is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to manage the full recruiting lifecycle from intake with hiring managers to sourcing, screening, interviewing and offering. You will build strong partnerships with managers to align recruiting strategy with business needs and deliver an exceptional candidate experience consistent with La-Z-Boy’s employment brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or HR Management, or equivalent with 2-4 years related experience.
• Full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to obtain Lawson and Kronos program knowledge.
• Familiar with current employment law related to recruiting and staffing.
• Up to 10% travel.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to develop targeted recruiting plans and ensure quality candidate experience.
• Identify candidates using internal and external databases, social media, networking, and agencies.
• Review applications, compare qualifications, and maintain applicant logs for compliance.
• Conduct pre-screen calls and behavioral interviews; coordinate travel when needed.
• Support training of users and full utilization of ATS/software across lifecycle.
• Execute talent marketing and proactive recruitment strategies with data/analytics.
• Assist on-campus recruiting and internship pipelines; maintain community relations.
• Develop offers with hiring partners and present package to selected candidates.
• Maintain state career service relationships and grant reimbursements.
• Provide regular updates on pipeline development to stakeholders.
