Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking a Sales Recruiter to source, assess, and recruit top talent for the Apartments.com Sales Team. You will partner with HR and hiring managers to drive end-to-end recruitment across multiple locations, managing pipelines and presenting offers.

The role requires 4+ years in recruiting or sales, with expertise in ATS and social platforms, and a proactive, results-driven approach. In-office role, Monday–Friday, based in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years full life cycle recruiting in corporate or agency environment OR 4+ years quota-carrying sales.
• Experience with ATS and social recruiting platforms.
• Ability to partner with hiring managers and HR Partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-life cycle recruiting process for multiple requisitions, focusing on Accounts Executive roles.
• Build and manage candidate pipelines; develop sourcing strategy; assess qualifications; present and close opportunities.
• Drive results with a sales and service orientation towards clients and candidates; maintain relationships.
