Job summary

Boxabl in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried roles within a fast-paced modular manufacturing environment.

You will partner with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent, craft compelling postings, source candidates, screen interviews, coordinate with teams, and support onboarding while ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing, construction, industrial, or skilled trades.
• Experience using ATS and HRIS platforms.
• Strong interviewing, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Create compelling job postings and advertise positions across platforms.
• Source passive and active candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and events.
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate interviews and extend offers per guidelines.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and maintain compliant records.
