Job summary

Citco is seeking a Payroll/Benefits administrator in Florida with 2–3 years of US payroll experience. You will own the full payroll cycle, process changes, and liaise with the payroll provider, while maintaining accurate spreadsheets and reports.

The role requires advanced Excel skills, discretion with confidential information, and strong communication to support onboarding, offboarding, and inquiries in a high-volume environment. Experience with ADP Workforce Now is an advantage.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of US Payroll or Benefits administration experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and tact.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now payroll platform is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process all payroll and benefits changes and input into payroll system.
• Communicate payroll information with payroll provider.
• Audit payroll output before payment submission.
• Own the full payroll cycle and maintain related documentation.
• Prepare payroll spreadsheets and reports.
• Respond to employee and third-party payroll queries promptly.”
• Manage payroll-related audits.
• Handle COBRA and FMLA claims and leave requests.
• Maintain documents for work permits and leaves.
• Audit new hire paperwork and I-9s for compliance.
• Support onboarding and offboarding with Payroll & Benefits Manager.
