Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and create a welcoming first-90-days experience.
• Serve as first point of contact for employee questions on policies, benefits, and HR needs.
• Assist with benefits administration, open enrollment, and leave management.
• Maintain HRIS data and employee records with confidentiality.
• Support performance management processes and timelines.
• Help ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
• Partner with HR on special projects and policy updates.
• Maintain HR documentation, handbooks, and SOPs.
