Job summary

Thrivas, a well-established restaurant group in Florida, seeks a Full Charge Bookkeeper for full-time, on-site work. No evenings or weekends; flexible schedule within regular office hours. Starting pay up to $60,000, depending on experience.

You will perform full-cycle accounting, manage AR/AP, payroll via ADP, vendor negotiations, PO reviews, inventory analysis, and monthly/quarterly reporting in coordination with the owner, HR Director, and restaurant managers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a full charge bookkeeper or accountant.
• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and accounting terminology.
• 1+ year of bookkeeping experience required.
• Experience in operating accounts for a busy business.

Responsibilities

• Handle full cycle accounting for the company.
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Oversee operating accounts and cut vendor checks.
• Review purchase orders and analyze inventory.
• Prepare P&L, monthly reports, and coordinate with CPA.
• Manage payroll via ADP.
