Qualifications

• Experience owning full-charge bookkeeping/accounting for a small business.
• Strong QuickBooks proficiency.

• Comfortable communicating financial information.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date books across all entities.
• Record and categorize transactions in QuickBooks.
• Reconcile all bank and credit card accounts monthly.
• Maintain a clean chart of accounts and supporting documentation.
• Process vendor bills and ensure timely payments.
• Monitor receivables and flag overdue balances.
• Maintain clear audit trails for all transactions.
• Complete monthly close by the 10th and prepare P&L and Balance Sheet reports.
