Job summary

L&H CPAs and Advisors is seeking a Full-Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Dallas. The role requires managing client accounting records including A/P, A/R, payroll, and reconciliations, and producing financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Ideal candidates will have an associate accounting degree and at least 3 years of QuickBooks experience, ideally with exposure to a CPA firm or public accounting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of QuickBooks experience.
• Experience with CPA/Public accounting is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain client accounting records (A/P, A/R, inventory, payroll).
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements.
• Assist with 1099s, sales tax, payroll tax, and depreciation schedules.
• Collaborate with clients and internal staff to resolve transactions.
• Meet deadlines while managing multiple clients.
