Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience required.
• 5+ years QuickBooks Online/Desktop experience.
• GAAP knowledge preferred.
• Experience in AR/AP or as Staff Accountant desired.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting records, financial statements, and reports for 20–30 companies.
• Reconcile accounts monthly and ensure books up to date.
• Meet deadlines and prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide strong customer service and clear client communication.
• Demonstrate data entry accuracy and analytical problem solving.
