Job description

Join us to apply for the Full Charge Bookkeeper role at Oaks Integrated Care.

This position is based in Mt. Holly, Burlington County, NJ, working in an administrative office setting.

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; 1 hour unpaid lunch break.

Responsibilities
  • Support the VP of Fiscal Affairs with assigned duties.
  • Review vendors' W-9s, handle security deposits (excluding), and issue 1099s.
  • Prepare and initiate recurring monthly transfers.
  • Respond to inquiries and requests via phone from outside the agency.
  • Assist with updates related to consumer financials, including DDD Escrow, Escrow, and CTF.
  • Address social security discrepancies and coordinate reviews for consumers.
  • Prepare HUD budgets and end-of-year expense reports.
  • Reconcile consumer accounts with the general ledger to resolve variances.
  • Process monthly transfers of Reserve Accounts and related journal entries.
  • Review check batches from Accounts Payable and assist with rush batches.
  • Record month-end closing entries and correct journal entries as needed.
  • Research outstanding bank reconciliation items related to the operating account and balance sheet accounts.
  • Pay monthly statements online for vendors such as American Express and Home Depot.
  • Assist with year-end audits and AP email management in the absence of the Accounts Payable Manager.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
