Inside Sales Solutions is looking for a skilled Full-Charge Accountant who will track our financial data and monitor our accounts payable and receivable books. Accountant will carry out essential financial reconciliation tasks, create reports, and record payments.

Ultimately, the Accountant's responsibilities are to accurately record all day-to-day financial transactions of our company, including but not limited to:

  • Record all financial transactionsand perform bank reconciliations
  • Create budgets, GL, PnL, balance sheets, WIP reports and other financial reporting
  • Perform all activities related to the accounts payable function including reviewing, coding, and processing payments
  • Perform account receivable functions including invoicing, deposits, collections, and revenue recognition
  • All collections processes, including calling and consistent follow ups until payments are collected in full
  • Communicate with VPs and clients regarding billing and payment issues
  • Keep track of payment due dates, contract end datesand ensure timely payments
  • Check financial documents to ensure accuracy
  • Accurately maintain and balance the ledger and perform month end closings
  • Prepare financial reportsthrough collection, analysis, and summarization of data
  • Interpret and apply accounting principles, and regulations to ensure that all work is compliant with applicable standards
  • Perform financial audits, as needed

This role will be completed in a remote capacity, as such, the employee must have:

  • Windows computer and reliable Wifi
  • 2+ years of practical accounting/bookkeeping experience
  • Advanced skills in QuickBooks (online) and Excel are required
  • Knowledge of Zoho’s accounting functions is a plus
  • Proficient with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
  • Organized with good time management skills
  • The ability to learn quickly and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Role status: Full-time

Hours: Mon – Fri 8:30am to 5:30pm EST

Location: Remote from UK, South or Central America
