Job summary

Sioux Falls Ford Lincoln is seeking Full and Part Time Courtesy Drivers to enhance the customers' service experience. You will shuttle customers and vehicles, using the Red Cap app, and maintain a courteous demeanor.

Responsibilities include transporting customers to destinations, returning keys, recording trips, and notifying management of vehicle maintenance needs. A clean driving record and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Transport customer vehicles using the Red Cap app.
• Transport customers to destinations or pick up from their location to the dealership.
• Use good judgment and safe driving to maintain a timely shuttle route.
• Be professional and courteous with customers.
• Record trips with passenger names and destinations.
• Valet vehicles to and from service lanes and parking lots.
• Return vehicle keys to the correct board with location noted.
• Notify service manager of any maintenance needs for shuttle vehicles.
• Maintain a professional personal appearance.
• Adhere to a consistent and reliable work schedule.
• Demonstrate behaviors aligned with the Company’s Vision, Mission, and Values.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Transporting customer vehicles utilizing the Red Cap application on your phone.
• Transport customers either from the dealership to their intended destination or pick up customer from their location and return them to the dealership.
• Uses good judgment and safe driving skills while keeping a timely shuttle route.
• Professional and courteous while engaging in conversation with the customer.
• Keep a record of trips including names of passengers and destination or pick-up point.
• Valet vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls and parking lot as needed.
• Return the vehicle keys to the appropriate key board with location noted.
• Notifies service manager of any servicing the shuttle vehicle may require, such as oil changes, tires, cleaning, and general maintenance.
• Maintain professional personal appearance.
• Adhere to consistent and reliable work schedule.
• Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company’s Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and suppliers
• Other duties as assigned

Must have clean driving record, excellent communication, customer service and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress.
