Wayfair is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Greensboro, NC. We offer full-time and part-time roles with hourly pay of $18.25–$19.75 and 4–5 day work weeks.

Day-one medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and employee discounts are included, with a Peak Season Bonus up to $1,200. You will safely move furniture and home goods, lift up to 75 lbs solo (team-lift up to 150 lbs), use handheld scanners/tablets to update orders, and ensure products arrive damage-free.

Qualifications

• Stand, bend, and lift throughout a full shift.
• Comfortable using scanners/tablets and reading instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Safely load/unload/move furniture and home goods.
• Lift up to 75 lbs solo, team-lift up to 150 lbs.
• Use handheld scanners/tablets to process and update orders.
• Inspect, assemble and prep large product so it arrives damage‑free.
