Job summary

Heritage Pool Supply - Rogers is seeking a Warehouse Associate to stock, organize, and fulfill customer orders in our Rogers, MN warehouse. You will load and unload delivery trucks and maintain a safe, efficient work area.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 75 pounds, basic math, and reliable English communication. Forklift experience is preferred, training may be provided after hire.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds continuously.
• Read, write, understand and communicate in English; bilingual Spanish may be required in some locations.
• Comfortable with basic math in daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Stock and organize products safely and accurately.
• Pull and prepare customer orders for pick-up or delivery.
• Load and unload the delivery trucks.
• Count and verify incoming and outgoing inventory.
• Rotate stock and report any damaged or missing items.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow company safety guidelines and procedures.
