Job summary

POOLCORP is hiring a Warehouse Associate at our Fort Worth distribution center. The role involves accurately pulling and packing orders for delivery or pickup, receiving shipments, logging inventory, and coordinating with the team to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old to apply.
• Ability to move heavy objects up to 100 lbs.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Experience in distribution, warehousing or general labor is preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pulls, fills, packs and sets up orders for delivery or pickup.
• Assists in loading the delivery truck.
• Receives shipments and logs into inventory; conducts audits.
• Maintains inventory and communicates with supervisors or sales staff to coordinate deliveries/pickups.
• Operates forklift safely; maintains certification and performs safety checks.
• Keeps the warehouse neat, safe and efficient; performs other duties as assigned.
