Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Ohio to handle full case loads and lift cartons up to 50 pounds. The role requires spending at least 50% of time lifting, learning equipment operation, and maintaining throughput in picking and palletizing outbound products.

You will follow written and verbal directions, use WMS and RF scanners, and work in a fast-paced environment to support distribution center operations. Safety, teamwork, and accuracy are essential across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience in a distribution center environment is useful.
• Must be flexible with assignments, including other departments, brands, locations, and required overtime.
• Meet productivity standards after training.
• Must be able to work well with others.
• Ensure a safe work environment by following all safety, hazardous material and OSHA training, rules, and reporting.
• Standing or walking for the duration of the shift is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Comprehend and follow written and verbal directions.
• Use basic math to verify quantities and complete worksheets and paperwork.
• Operate Warehouse Management System (WMS), RF scanners, and related equipment.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Identify product and accurately match numbers.
• Move merchandise using motorized and non-motorized equipment.
• Inspect items to ensure quality and brand specifications.
• Maintain documentation to facilitate product flow through the DC.
