Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants in Downers Grove, IL is seeking a Full-Time Fulfillment Team Member to join our warehouse operations at the Restaurant Support Center. You will pick orders, stock inventory, and assist with pricing and general warehouse duties under supervision.

Responsibilities include online and store order fulfillment, accurate picking/packing, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace while upholding Cooper’s Hawk values and guest-focused service.

• Inspect, count, price & put away retail inventory.
• Processing orders in a timely manner and emailing guests with tracking information (Online Order Fulfillment).
• Accurate picking and packing of store orders (Store Order Fulfillment).
• General duties, as assigned.

Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants is looking for a Full-Time Fulfillment Team Member to join the team!

Working as part of our team, under the guidance and supervision of a Fulfillment Managers, this position will be responsible for picking orders, stocking retail and wine inventory, & pricing retail items. The Fulfillment Team Member may also assist in duties including but limited moving stock around manually and perform general warehouse housekeeping duties.

This position is located at the Restaurant Support Center Warehouse in Downers Grove.

Compensation Range: $18.50-$21.50. The final offered hourly rate will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity.
