NRI 3PL in Henderson, NV is seeking an Order Fulfillment Processor Supervisor to lead the warehouse team and ensure timely order delivery with adherence to SOPs. You will coach staff, monitor performance, and collaborate with the DC Manager to forecast labor needs.

The role requires 3+ years in warehouse leadership, a Bachelor's in Supply Chain or related field, and proficiency with WMS and Outlook. Physical duties include lifting up to 50 lbs; bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading a warehouse/light industrial team.
• Must be in good standing in your current position, good attendance and performance.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Ensures training and development of team members.
• Monitors and drives goals and performance within SLA.
• Plan labor requirements based on forecast and client direction (DC Manager).
• Provides regular feedback on performance.
• Follow NRI safety rules and SOPs.
• Keeps work and storage areas safe, clean, and tidy.
• Performs other duties as requested.
