Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. in Lorain, OH seeks a fulfillment associate to pick, stage, and fulfill orders across pickup, delivery, and curbside options.

You will respond to customers and associates, resolve issues, and maintain orderly, safe fulfillment areas while supporting inventory accuracy. Certified in counterbalance forklift, order picker, and narrow aisle reach truck, you will balance service, admin, and maintenance tasks and partner with leadership to prioritize work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience.
• 6 Months of Experience using a computer, inputting data.
• 1 Year of Retail experience providing customer service.
• Certification for Counterbalance Forklift, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck and Order Picker is required.

Responsibilities

• Coach and model service excellence through accurate picking, staging, and order validation.
• Respond to customer and associate questions, resolve issues, and escalate when needed.
• Balance service, administrative, and maintenance tasks with fulfillment duties.
• Operate the Orders App to pick, stage, and fulfill all order types.
• Partner with Pro Sales to ensure Pro Call Ahead Orders are prepared and staged.
• Support inventory accuracy, audits, and shrink reduction through validation.
• Maintain safe, organized fulfillment areas and enforce safety standards.
• Operate powered equipment and maintain required certifications.
• Assist with scheduling and communicating fulfillment priorities with leadership.
• May be assigned other duties to support business needs.
